Cancellation Policy:

Keen M reserves the right to cancel any reservation if deposit is not received in a period of (15) fifteen days after “Keen M” confirmation is sent. Confirmation is valid only if deposit is received.

Deposits are refundable, minus a $100 usd administration fee, only under these two conditions.

• Written cancellation must reach and be reconfirmed by “Keen M” office 7 days prior to reservation.
• If the Captain decides that the weather conditions are not safe for boating.

Diving charters: Days not suitable for blue water diving, the vessel will be made available for other activities at a regular daily rate. Diving charters cancelled by the guest due to overcast / por light / rough weather conditions (adverse dive condition) will pay full charter day rate minus a $200.-usd fuel charge.

Liability release document must be signed by all guests before boarding the vessel.

More than one hour delay of departure by the guest will be considered a “no show” and for forfeit of deposit and day.

Penalty: If you cancel your reservation within 7 days prior to the fishing date your deposit will not be refunded as penalty.

• Changes:Date changes for fishing/diving charters or hotel stays must be be re-confirmed in writing by “Keen M” office. (Fax and email acceptable).

Extra guest and Extra charge: Vessels rate, includes four (4) anglers. Any additional angler will have an extra charge of $100.- usd; maximum of 6 anglers per day aboard each vessel.

Extra charge: $300.-usd per day fuel charge on voyages above 40 latitude line.

For your safety: Only Children older than 5 years of age are allowed on the boat.
